What I did:

  • Worked directly with brokers to strategize and design an end-to-end property marketing campaign
  • Created, managed and directed all of the collateral, advertising components, presentations and interactive elements
  • Lead the creative team, web developers and print vendors in the production of all the campaign deliverables
  • Provided final oversight and quality control over all deliverables and materials

In order to market a specific, commercial property to high-tech clients we needed to create an overall marketing campaign design that would translate to multiple media, draw interest and potentially committed customers.

Because this property had been vacant too long, it needed high visibility and to stand out in a competitive market. It also needed to appeal to high income companies able and willing to afford the costs associated.

We needed to attract attention in multiple channels and give our brokers easy ways to supply comprehensive information to their prospects no matter who or where they were. To do this we created not only attractive print brochures, maps and sell sheets, we also created a supportive website and on-sight signage, posters, dream boards and office layout samples.

By creating an entire campaign (as opposed to just flyers), we could attract multiple prospects and by creating a unique design for the property (not using the corporate real estate brands), we personalized it and made it stand out among competitor’s materials.

The client and brokers were very satisfied with the materials that they had to offer and were able to successfully market the property, filling up the vacancies fairly quickly.
