Lead customer experience team, manage project and create integrated site redesign
Role: Lead the cx team to redesign the credit card buying experience. Not only was the look and feel of the site retooled, but the navigation and flow was redone to give the users an easier and more comprehensive experience. New CMS components were created to work with dynamic elements in a new way eliminating duplication of data and better utilizing the CMS structure.
